{Family Reunion}

The Family Pic. (minus about 11 family members who could not come)

Friday we were off to a reunion of my family on my Mom's side. The idea came to me last year that we needed to get together. As cousins got older, had families and moved we had not been able to get together for a very long time. Growing up we were a very close family celebrating all the occasions together. I have fond memories at my Aunty Carol's home. Running around the house, feeding the fish in the pond, bugging my older cousins. I have the best Aunts and Uncles, we are never lacking laughter and good times when we all get together.

{Last Day of School}

Wow and entire school year gone by. My babe has grown up a lot this year and I am so grateful to her teacher and for her devotion to her class.

Grade 2 is just around the corner but for now we are gonna enjoy the next 2 months to the utmost. Play dates, Picnics in the Park, Camping, The Zoo, Swimming, Water Parks and much much more. Can't wait.

{Teacher Gifts}

Well it is that time of year again.

I saw these on some website that I have NO idea where it is NOW. I ordered the vinyl through my friend Kristle and they were SUPER easy to put together. I picked up the flowers at Devon Greenhouses.

Made a little note card and VOILA 2 teacher gifts complete.
I am also making these for C's Tutor and for the lady's I visit teach.

I himmmmed and haaaaaaed about making the kids gifts this year. But i had to do it, it is just my thing. So I went simple, kool-aid with a straw and tag. I think they turned out super cute and SHHHHHHH the entire thing only cost me $2 for 21 kids. Can't beat that.

{Temple Trip}

Saturday we made the trek down to Seattle for a visit to the temple. Sean and I tag teamed it with watching the kids. We did find this great park only a short walk away along a path. The kids had lots of fun there. The Temple is about 2.5 hrs away or 3 depending on the boarder and stops along the way. Although we love our temple we can not wait to have one only minutes from our home. This time next year that will be a reality.

{New Baskets}

I have been searching for just the right baskets for my Hutch. YAY I found them and they were a steal of a deal. They fit PERFECT on the shelves and on top. I think I need one more on the top middle though.

{Sports Day}

Grade 1 is going out with a bang. Sports Day was a blast this year. My little miss was so happy to have me and Grandpa at Sports Day this year.

If you could not tell she was on Team BLUE.

She competed in the Grade 1 girls running race and came in SECOND. She was on cloud 9. I am so proud of her she ran her heart out.
