[The Hunt}

This year I was determined to have a REAL tree. I am so happy that i made that choice. I also found out that it is much more environmentally friendly to get a REAL tree. Bonus.

Two good points to think about for next year.
1. You are supporting a FARMING industry as it is a farmed tree not one we found in a bush.
2. They are 100% recyclable unlike artificial ones which are 100% NOT.

We had lots of fun walking through the trees and finding just the right one. We found it!! The needles never fell off and we have had it for a month, it was very clean. We got a Noble and it was fabulous.

Too Skinny!!
Too Short
Too Invisible! ;-)

JUST RIGHT!!
We borrowed our friends jeep since it had our roof rack on it. lol

The kids each have there own box of ornaments to put on the tree. Each year they get a new ornament for there collections.

{Advent}

The Girls and I got together this year for a craft night. We called it our Super Saturday NIGHT. We had a blast, eating yummy snacks and crafting to the wee hours of the morning. But LOOK at what we did!!!. AMAZING. We are all in love with our muffin tin advent calender. Behind each number you can stalk it up with whatever treats you want. It is amazing how much you can get done when 3 of you are working together.

We also made these cute little countdown til Christmas Clipboards. So Cute and add such a nice accent to the home.

We are gonna try to make this a once every 2 month occurrence. We all love to sit and relax while we Chat, Eat and Create. I Highly recommend this therapy as long as you can stand the crash the next morning. lol

Thanks ladies for a great night. Love you!!
